Black Diamond Event Production specializes in collaborative event entertainment and production for weddings, corporate and social events. Vendor to Vendor Partnerships are available for continuing corporate event AV clients. Black Diamond offers fusion packages for weddings combining a team of professionals comprised of DJs, photographers, videographers, live musicians, lighting & AV techs and overall true event professionals. Black Diamond Event Production was recently named “Most Influential USA Event Professionals” by BizBash and produces award winning events up and down the east coast.

Tavo Vazquez

DJ, MC, Sales

DJ Tavo is a talented bi-lingual, International Dj with over 15 years of experience mixing at weddings and large scale events all over Mexico, Greece and the United States. He is capable of reading the crowd and adapting to it flawlessly; his sets are explosive, dynamic, and individually tailored specifically for each event.

David Buono

MC, DJ, Supervisor

Recently named one of the Most Influential Event Professionals in the United States by BizBash Magazine David Buono carries over a decade of experience in both the hospitality and events industries. David has served two Vice President roles on the Board of Directors of the International Live Events Association, Boston Chapter, as well as Director-At-Large of the Massachusetts Live Events Coalition formed due to, and in response to, the COVID-19 lockdowns on the event industry. DJ. as friends and family know him, is an avid snowboarder and frequents Loon, Killington, Sunday River and Bretton Woods but his favorite is Winter Park, Colorado which his childhood best friend Garrett showed him while living there in 2019. David along with Black Diamond Event Production is a proud support of the SEARCH Foundation SEARCH 100, a 2021 NACE ONE Award nominee, 2021 ILEA ESPRIT Award recipient, 2021 NACE BOSTON Event Production of the Year Award winner as well as a member BizBash 500 Most Influential Event Pros in the U.S.A..

DJ Divina - Danielle Turano

MC, DJ, Electric Violinist

With Divina, it all begins with an idea. High-energy, crowd-moving music tracks packed with sexy beats, drops, and the party vibe that feels like Ibiza in July. Danielle is most often booked for her incredibly infectious personality on electric violin but DJ Divina is also available for weddings, corporate and social events!

Alyssa Wall

Director of Operations, Logistics Support Teams

Alyssa has been around the block with Black Diamond Event Production since the company’s inception as Spinner Music Productions (SMP) in the early 2000’s. Alyssa has been a Black Diamond (SMP) bride (July 27th, 2019!), photo booth activation team member and most recently has elevated to the role of Black Diamond Event Production’s Director of Operations. Alyssa is Black Diamond’s official inquiry triage, staff scheduling master, detail-oriented planning wrap up supervisor and all-around “iron fist” when it comes to keeping the group of Black Diamond Event Production guys in line, punctual and ready to take on each weekend!

Michael Shannon

DJ, Logistics Support Teams

Michael joined Black Diamond Event Production in February 2020 after a LONG time of seeking employment here, and just in time for the COVID-19 lockdowns resulting mass cancellations and postponements. He remained determined and used the downtime to master his craft enough to become on of New England’s most requested and loved DJs. Whether a dive bar or upscale gala, Mike Shan has a mix for you and the charisma to match.

Gavin, or “Tobs” as he’s known around here, is no rookie to the sophisticated event. Having gone through Black Diamond’s rigorous DJ Training Program, Gavin is a tried-and-true member of this team as well as a major asset to any event.

Nikko Jokiaho

Lead Videographer

Nikko joined the Black Diamond Event Production Wedding Films division in early 2021 and Black Diamond Event Production has already reaped the benefits as have the company’s wedding and corporate clients. Nikko’s filming and framing style is modern and unique and his editing style gives viewers the fresh and moody look he goes for.

Nick Grace

Prior to entering the wedding industry Nick worked with the Boston Red Sox, Duke University Athletics, The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and other freelance clients. Nick graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from Endicott College with a focus in Photography.?
