Made by OSEE (not YoloLiv). It's an all-in-one switcher, multiview, audio mixer, recorder, and stream engine in one panel — no PC required.

Streaming: stream to up to 3 platforms (YouTube/Facebook/RTMP) via the Ethernet port, or send the USB-C output into OBS / vMix / Zoom on a laptop. Use the SD slot to play MP4 intros/breaks during a show.

What they do: convert an HDMI signal to SDI so video can travel long distances over coax/BNC cable. HDMI degrades past roughly 25–50 ft; SDI runs reliably 100m+ on a single coax run. Use these to get a clean signal from stage to the FOH/booth.

What they do: extend an HDMI signal over a single Cat5e/Cat6 cable, typically up to ~50m. A transmitter (TX) sits at the source and a receiver (RX) at the display, joined by one ethernet cable. A cheaper alternative to SDI for medium runs.

Primary use: large audience-facing display for slideshows, video, and AV feeds. Connect a source to an HDMI port and select that input with the remote (Source button).

Use as: secondary or confidence monitor. These are older sets — expect fewer HDMI ports, no modern smart features, and a slower startup. Allow extra warm-up time before doors.

Dual purpose: these 32" HDMI screens serve as confidence monitors (showing presenters the program feed) and as speaker time clocks. Pair them with Stagetimer.io (see Software & Tools) to display a countdown clock for speakers on stage.

The M32R is BDEP's main digital mixing console for larger events. Use the staff reference guide for our standard channel layout and scene setup.

Compact 12-channel analog mixer — good for smaller events, ceremonies, and breakout rooms where the M32R is overkill. (Listed on our gear as "MGU12" — the correct model is the MG12XU.)

Quick tip: flip on +48V phantom for condenser mics. Use the PAD switch on a channel when a hot source (e.g. a mic'd instrument) is clipping. The HPF (high-pass filter) on each mic channel helps clean up stage rumble.

What it does: the DriveRack is a loudspeaker management processor that sits between the mixer and the power amps. It handles crossover, EQ, compression, limiting, and feedback suppression to protect and optimize the speakers.

What it does: the Sonic Maximizer is a clarity/presence enhancer. It corrects phase and timing so highs and lows reach the listener aligned, making vocals more intelligible and the mix more "alive." (Note: the correct brand is BBE, model 882i.)

What it does: browser-based countdown timer for speakers and run-of-show. You control timers from a "controller" device, and any screen that opens the viewer link shows the clock — pair it with the 32" hero monitors as on-stage speaker timers. You can also push messages to the speaker ("wrap up," "5 min left").

Setup: open the controller on a laptop/tablet at FOH, open the viewer link full-screen on the hero monitor's connected device (or cast via the GoStream/HDMI source), and create your timers. No install needed — runs in any browser.

What it does: free Shure software for managing wireless mics. It scans the RF spectrum at a venue, calculates clean, non-conflicting frequencies for all your wireless channels, deploys them to networked Shure gear, and monitors RF/audio/battery during the show.

Best practice: run a fresh RF scan and re-coordinate at each new venue — especially anywhere with lots of wireless traffic. Allow the app through the computer's firewall so it can discover networked receivers.
