Common Questions

Weekday events (Monday through Thursday, non-holiday) have a $1,500 minimum. Friday through Sunday and holiday events have a $3,000 minimum. Delivery, parking, and setup/strike labor are billed separately on all orders.

AV100 does not include a dedicated technician, making it the right fit for self-operated setups and small rooms. AV200 includes a dedicated audio technician at $95 per hour for a four-hour minimum. AV300 includes an on-site audio engineer at $125 per hour for six hours. General setup and strike labor is $75 per hour and is charged separately from these A1 rates.
Yes. Black Diamond works with hotels, conference centers, and event venues as a behind-the-scenes production partner. White-label branding is available on request. Contact info@blackdiamondep.com or call 978-310-3113 to discuss preferred vendor and partner program arrangements.
Black Diamond Event Production is based in the Boston, MA area and deploys throughout New England and the East Coast. We regularly serve corporate events in Boston, Cambridge, Waltham, Burlington, Providence, Hartford, and beyond. Travel and overnight accommodations may apply for events outside our standard service radius.
